Shipping

We ship anywhere within Australia & New Zealand. We charge a flat $30 for anywhere in Australia and $150 to anywhere in New Zealand. All orders ship out within 1 business day.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from GoDog.com.au, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly refund or exchange. If your GoDogGo is defective, it is covered under a 6 month limited warranty and will be exchanged for a new unit. Just email us at info@godog.com.au with your name, phone number, order number and the product's condition and we will send you our return instructions.

Return shipping is at your expense - We do not refund outgoing shipping. (Sorry, we cannot accept COD's.)
